About Our NIKE Football Skills Camps
Throughout the week, athletes will develop a strong foundation in the game through a mix of offensive and defensive fundamental drills, position-specific skill stations, and high-tempo group competitions. Coaches will emphasize proper technique, footwork, agility, and football IQ—all in a supportive environment where players are encouraged to grow and take on new challenges.
Beyond on-field skill development, campers will participate in daily leadership and mindset huddles, including team-building activities and goal-setting exercises to help them build confidence both on and off the field.
Expect a fun, upbeat, high-energy camp experience packed with learning, improvement, and plenty of smiles. Whether your athlete is new to football or looking to take the next step, this Nike Football Skills Camp is the perfect place to elevate their game this summer.

Camp Director: Jeb Huckeba
Jeb Huckeba brings decades of experience in athletics, coaching, teaching, and youth ministry to his role as Camp Director. A former standout defensive end at the Arkansas Razorbacks and a fifth-round draft pick of the Seattle Seahawks, Jeb parlayed his competitive spirit and dedication into a career focused on shaping young lives.
Following his playing days, Jeb turned his passion for mentorship into action — teaching and coaching student-athletes at the high school and jr. high levels. Over time, he developed a reputation for delivering positive guidance, discipline, and encouragement to students and players alike.
Since 2019, Jeb has served on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) covering Northwest and North Arkansas with the current role of Multi-Area Director. In this capacity, he supports local schools, coaches, and athletes through sports ministries — combining his athletic background, coaching experience, teaching skills, and faith to build character and leadership in young people.
As Camp Director, Jeb’s vision is to create a safe, encouraging, and values-centered environment where young athletes can grow — not just in sport, but in character, teamwork, faith, and leadership. His unique blend of high-level athletic experience, classroom teaching, hands-on coaching, and ministry leadership makes him especially suited for guiding a camp that values excellence, personal growth, and community.
Beyond athletics, Jeb understands the importance of mentorship and personal development. He believes that camps and youth programs are a powerful platform for teaching integrity, service, teamwork, and excellence — lessons that extend far beyond the field.

What Parents Say About Our Camps...
Don't Let Your Athlete Miss Their Shot
Even though young athletes have big athletic dreams, many of them never achieve their dreams because they lack football IQ, play with poor habits, and lack a resilient mindset.
They Need to Learn How to Play the Game Differently
At RYG, your child will develop a high football IQ, special on-field habits, and a resilient mindset, so they can make the team, help their team win, and become their best.

Is my child good enough for camp?
Skill and ability levels will vary from camp to camp, but we commit to finding the right level of difficulty and competition for each player within a session.
If your child loves football and likes to work hard, they'll love our camp!
If they don't love football, or they're not motivated to raise their game, then RYG probably isn't the best place for them.
What's the ratio of campers to coaches?
Each camp is led by a director, then athletes are split into groups based on ability level with a group coach.
The ratio of staff to campers is 1/10 or better.
